Problem

Luxury fashion websites often feel either overly minimal and lacking personality or visually heavy and distracting. The challenge was to create an e-commerce experience that reflects refined minimalism while still feeling immersive, distinctive, and conversion-focused.

What I did?

I led the end-to-end UI/UX design process, including research, sitemap planning, user flow mapping, wireframing, and high-fidelity visual design. I developed the layout system, typography scale, and color palette, and designed all key screens across the e-commerce journey, from homepage to checkout. I also built a cohesive design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and a premium brand experience.

The Solution

A structured, minimal interface that blends editorial storytelling with seamless shopping. The design uses bold typography, a refined palette, and a modular grid to elevate the product while maintaining clarity and consistency across the experience.
